What a lovely dining experience! We haven't eaten Chilean food in many years, so it was wonderful to find this restaurant just a few short blocks from our hotel. We started with very well-prepared pisco sours and the tapanade rustico which was served with garlic toasts - delicious! We both had the traditional Pastel de Choclo - a whipped corn-topped casserole, baked in an earthenware cassoulet. Absolute heaven for your senses. The owner, Fernando said that they will be expanding their menu with more Chilean dishes in the near future. Can't wait till we visit Guadalajara again to visit Chile Puro again>
