We had an excellent lunch experience today at Paralelo 28, it will be a nice addition to our repertoire in Guadalajara. The service was attentive, the owner himself recommended some excellent dishes, such as the lobster tacos and a wonderful seafood soup, and also some wonderful fresh oysters on the shell with a mezcal mignonette. The hamachi and tuna tartare duo was very good, the hamachi comes with a caramelized soy sauce that makes it unusual. They have a very interesting mexican wine list, and seafood is flown in fresh from Ensenada every week. I am definitely looking forward to go back and try more of their dishes on the menu, congratulations for the good work!
