Went to Amuni last week under a recommendation from a local and I LOOOVED it!
As an italian native I was not expecting much but was very positively surprised by the quality and taste of the food.
Tried some arancinas (my favourite was with shrimps) , some calzonis , some risotto with mushrooms and some carbonara pasta; all of which were absolutely delicious.
I was a particular big fan of the carbonaras (as well as my other 5 italian friends!!) ; the only tip I can give you is to specify to the waiter that you want ALDENTE pasta otherwise they will cook it american style (i.e. overcooked for italian standards).
I HIGHLY recommend the place (we went 3 times in my week in guadalajara!!) ; a must-go if you are in the city!!! Hopefully you will be able to meet the delightful owners who will welcome you with warmth in the restaurant
