I had reserved a semi-private at Hostel LIt as I had an early flight and wanted a good night's sleep. I was very surprised when shown the room to see it was basically a large sleeping alcove that overlooked a dorm room. You get to it by a small spiral staircase. When I expressed surprise they very quickly told me that since they weren't expecting too many others they wouldn't book put anyone else in the dorm downstairs ( I was paying extra for the semi). This was great as since I was travelling a long distance the next morning I also had more luggage than just a backpack..and couldn't have got it up the staircase.
The staff at Hostel LIt was great and the open seating/eating area is nice and bright and modern. Complimentary breakfast, but unless you have WiFI you have to pay for internet usage. Great location, but it's on a busy transportation corner...it does get quiet though between 11-pm and 6 am. By the way, there are only shared bathrooms...one for men, one for women. This also was not clear on their website.
