A nice place with good food in a relaxed ambiance. Tasty burgers and fish tacos. Cesar salad was right on and service was good. Fair prices. We’ll return soon

This one might be easy to overlook. It hasn't been around long enough to garner enough reviews to crack the GDL Top 10, but it should be there. I have had a place in Guadalajara for 8 years and know most of the best known spots in town. Yes, Alium, Hueso, I Latina and the like are all terrific. But Bronson delivers consistently at a high level without getting too precious. It is a very small place, maybe 6 or 7 tables. The chef/owner often comes out to say hello, and the food is reliably fantastic and beautifully presented. Between my friends and I, we have done almost the whole menu and we've never hit a soft spot. Beef, chicken, seafood, they always seem to nail it. The wine list is decent too. You can find affordable or over-the-top wines by the bottle. The by-the-glass selection is varied enough as well to cover all entrees. And unlike a lot of places in GDL, they tend to actually *have* their wine list in stock. My only caution would be that the kitchen can sometimes be slow. But what comes out is typically a work of art. Buen Provecho

This joint is like the perfect mixture between street food and a restaurant, the place is kind of minimalistic, but you feel comfortable because is quite cozy and small as well, the service is excellent, and the food nothing pretentious but a perfect realization of classic street dishes (some of them not so street), the portions are huge, it has vegan alternatives and many types of craft beer to choose from, carajillo was one of the bests that I've ever had. If I try hard to look for a thing that I didn't love of this place is that it doesn't offer gin or mezcal, bet there are plenty of bars around the zone where you can go after your dinner.

Five of us Canadians living in Guadalajara had heard of this place which apparently had a west coast influence thanks to the chef's 10 years in Vancouver. What we found was an excellent, well priced meal marrying Asian influences, Vancouver favourites and what ingredients are available locally here. We tried a bunch of dishes, sliced tuna, fried beans, chicken teriyaki bowl, fish of the day and salad and open the whole meal trading bites off each other's plates. We'll definitely return.

Excellent. We tried multiple dishes from calamari, tuna Tataki, to the pescada del Dia. The flavours were amazing, and of course the selection of drinks were amazing!
