Bronson became a great option for a restaurant in Guadalajara since they opened. They are the best and only option for West Coast food place in “Americana neighborhood” downtown Guadalajara. Not many options in the menu to get confused but quality on each of them. I liked the Pacific Ocean flavors and the service at the place. The best way to discover the creations of Chef Federico Varas, is to go throw starter, main course and dessert, of course the end with a coffee. They are serving organic coffee from local region producers. Prices are reasonably with the quality you receive. You can start with a craft beer while checking the menu. For the weekends is preferable to make a reservation. They speak English and they offer a great service. Sweet potato fries are a MUST. Tuna sandwich or ribs sandwich are great options. I had an amazing tiramisu dessert last time I visited. The place is not good option for children and the best is to visit with friends, couple or business talking.
