I came here for dinner during my recent stay in Cuernavaca, and thought that the food and service were both outstanding! I had the risotto with lobster and can't even describe how delicious it was! I will be traveling back to this area in March, and I am looking forward to making another visit here. Definitely recommend!

I do enjoy eating out. Simply love being pampered at restaurants. If you also like these vile little pleasures, you will be pleasantly surprised when visiting and enjoying a meal t at Verdesalvia. This beau-ti-ful garden restaurant forms part of the most exquisite hotel boutique in Cuernavaca (please please try to stay at least one night here). It offers international cuisine but with a touch of Europe. Every single dish I've tried is just first class, innovative but old fashioned, perfectly seasoned, homey, new... Hard to explain what a great concept with a great chef can achieve. Plus the views... Cozy and beautiful garden, their classy pool, marvelous service since there are just a dozen tables...and... Don't forget to try the bar (the best margaritas around) and VISIT their bathrooms! Wont say more.. Just go. PS prices unbelievable as well

This is a open air restaurant in an almost park like setting. You enjoy your very creative dishes as you look out over blooming flowers, beautifully manicured grounds with artistic items to ponder about. In the background you hear not piped in music but the sounds of many types of birds. Good for the soul, good for the mind and good fantastic food for the stomach, what better way to start or end a day.

I've enjoyed a few meals (Breakfast, Lunch and dinner) at this resto during my stays in Cuernavaca. Hands down the best dining experience I've had in Cuernavaca. Both Italian and Mex dishes are prepared to perfection. The atmosphere is open and relaxed with a twist of cool. You must try the Octopus Carpaccio if its on the menu. Beautiful dish appearance and some of the best Octopus I've ever enjoyed.

I have been to Verdesalvia a couple of times now and I must say their food is beyond stellar. The menu is sure to please all palates by offering both Italian and Mexican dishes. Many restaurants in cuernavaca are pleasant, but i have never found a restaurant with such consistency. Every time I dine here, I leave more than satisfied. Service is unparalleled and the beautiful garden surrounding the restaurant creates a unique ambience that is impossible to find anywhere else in Cuernavaca!
