We (wife, daughter 11, son 9) ended up staying one night here because it was a long weekend and our usual hotel was booked full. The hotel is downtown in Cuernavaca and its like a oasis amidst chaos in a semi-commercial district. The place is impeccable, and the attitude of the personnel is very nice and service oriented. The temperature of the pool water was cold and as such my kids were not able to take a swim. The menu of the restaurant is very good for breakfast and lunch, but the dinner menu turned out to be the same as the lunch menu, which becomes a problem if you want a light dinner. $210 Dollars for a night is a bit overpriced (specially given the location and limited activities for kids), but then again a family is probably not their target market.
