We had a great time at the distillery. Our guide was professional and knowledgeable. The tour started with a brief history of the Hacienda and continued with a complete tour of the plant including the now retired area where Herradura was first distilled. At the end of the tour we watched a short film and where allowed to taste three of their great tequilas. Be careful when driving thru Amatitan the distillery is on the right down a cobblestone road and is easy to pass up.
