I stayed here for 3 nights over Xmas. It was noisy, but so was everywhere with all the revelry (read firecrackers). The room was spacious, clean, bright, adequately furnished/equipped and had both a fan and air conditioner--much appreciated. The staff were always present and helpful with welcoming smiles and attitudes. Although there was no safety box in the room, the staff were happy to store my passport, phone and wallet in their safe.

Although the hotel is right downtown, it's on a little side street, so once the buses stop running from the station next door, it's quite quiet and calm, even a bit deserted.

I didn't use the pool but it looked inviting and surprisingly large.

I'd definitely go back.

Very good value for your money. Right size of rooms and always kept clean. I just would suggest adding ventilation to the bathroom (it did not have). Front desk guy very nice and supportive. He suggested very good places for taking meals and visiting.

Thomas and his staff are great. My wife and I just spent a week in Zihuatanejo. Thomas went out of his way to help us do the things we wanted to do in the area. He helped us to make sure we did not get taken on the events that we wanted to go do. His staff was very friendly and the room was kept immaculately clean. We are not the resort type so this was great. We were within walking distance to everything in downtown Zijuatanejo. The room was modest, but always kept super clean and was more than adequate. The AC in our room also worked great which is a huge importance down there. When we make it down there again this will be our first choice of hotel.

We completely enjoyed our stay here. The location is really close to shopping & restaurants. They offer a secure, offsite parking lot, which we appreciated. The hotel's immediate neighbors appear to be on the rough side, but we encountered no problems, they keep to themselves. The rooms were bright and cheery. Towel Art was a nice touch. "Complimentary toiletries" means soap only. We also took advantage of common areas with tables and chairs, so our group could play dominoes, or otherwise have a gathering place before leaving the hotel for activities. Special thanks to Tomas at the front desk for his help with recommendations and hospitality.
