“Medium priced serving high priced experience”
Reviewed May 5, 2013

You really get a lot of bang for the buck(..er peso) at this place. We had a party of five last night and all were totally delighted with the food, the atmosphere, the service and of course the unrestricted view of Zihuatanejo bay. Really fun was the guy who played the harp with one hand and a keyboard with the other- what talent. The bill was way under what the experience was worth. Food portions were very adequate. If you walk there be sure to have a flashlight as the cobblestone road is not lighted. Easy close parking if you drive.

“A must. Exceptional food. Romantic place to dine.”
Reviewed March 19, 2013 via mobile

We tried the sister restaurant of La Gula. Newly re-opened in La Noria district of Zihua. A little off the beaten path. Beautifully decorated and fabulous dining experience right on the water. We tried the fresh Caesar salad with anchovies (exceptional), octopus, and pork ribs. Great chef. Well presented. Full of favour. As this is a newer restaurant the prices are more affordable than other restaurants with a view. I think you will be surprised how good of a restaurant this is once you arrive, immerse yourself in the decor, the fantastic unobstructed view of the harbour, and experience the food from a quality chef.
Bon appetit.
