After getting some advice from various cab drivers that this place was worth a visit, we devoted on of our two pozole Thursdays to Teosintle. The cab drive there was thrilling, to say the least, with the most creative left turn across five lanes of traffic I've ever witnessed. The pozole was the best I've had in Zihua - very rich and flavourful, but the botanas were just OK (much better at Santa Prisca or El Profe). My wife had the chile relleno and it was phenomenal. Service was excellent and I enjoyed the open air feel of the restaurant. Very clean, too. Definitely worth the effort.
