We walked the entire La Ropa beach before we found it...no name from the beach side, but the search was worth it. Fish tacos with Mahi-mahi (the Mexicans call it Dorado), by what ever name were great and the tiritis (raw fish, cured with lime, onions, and peppers) were the best! This is a local recipe that ranks right up there with other cerviche-like dishes I've had all over the world! Lots of individual attention and service---we even met the owner, who had great pride in her place.....takes cash only, but that's not unusual on the beach anywhere.
