Recommended length of visit: More than 3 hours
Owner description: Enjoy a boat ride across the bay, taking in the views along the way, to a candle and torchlit, private beach hideaway. See Mexico’s past come alive through dance and music during an enchanting theatrical performance followed by a delicious seaside dining experience under the stars.

The boat was so bad and unsafe there no mention of life jackets the water was splashing in the boat. I felt very sick and unsafe. It is an accident waiting to happen.
They kept us on the boat for an hour and a half for no reason driving very fast on a very choppy sea. I was very sick it took them 30 minutes to get me a cup of tea
On the way back we were back in 45 minutes...
They should mention the safety and life jackets before the boat leaves with plastic chairs on it.
I hated every minute of it.
The show was OK no big deal.

Went on this trip the middle of February and it was very cool on the boat ride so take a jacket or sweater! Later in the season may be OK though. You pay the terminal fee before they let you in the Maritime Marina. I think it was 20 pesos each but not sure. Once inside you give your voucher to the ticket desk and the tell you your boat number. You can then wait at the bar area. The drinks there are a little pricey but you don't have to order one if you don't want to. It's quite well organized as far as finding your boat and embarking, The inside area was covered so we sat there. The bar was at the back of this area serving beer, cold drinks etc. free of charge. Also buffet food. A bit tricky to handle if the seas are rough but somehow we managed!! We took the 7pm boat and when we climbed the steps to where the show was most of the seats were already filled. No problem we could still see and some of the performers came from the back area anyway. It was a good show. No photography allowed although some people never heed this and try to snap anyway. Not allowed and we got the impression if they continued they would be ejected, and rightly so. The dinner was a nice surprise. Lots of tables at the front ear the water. Most folks seemed to want to sit further back for some reason. The quality of the buffet was very good. The linguine especially good. The free wine was nice and seemed to be in good supply. The boat ride back was entertaining and the crew puts on a show which was quite funny and kept us laughing and helped pass the time since it was late. Another reviewer was upset because the asked for tips and yes, this perhaps can be a pain especially when you have paid for the complete tour but it is a small issue and if it really worries you don't give or give a small amount if that's what you want to do. What's 20 pesos after all! I purchased our tickets online before we went through an agent. It was 30% discount and I highly recommend doing this if you want to save money. It makes no difference to how you are treated or what seat you are given as far as we could determine.

The show - WOW! Amazing performances and incredible contortioning! I appreciate how they include the culture of original Mexico.

The food - Again, heaven in my mouth. AAAHHHH! YUM! Everything was superb. You must try their Tequila Flan w/ cheese. OMG!

The boat ride - yikes... I didn't know I got seasick until I rode this boat on the way to the island which only lasted for the first 10 minutes. Just stare into the beautiful sky and focus on the romantic sunset view. DO NOT look at the waves surrounding you. The ride back was much smoother. The crew's ending performance was fabulous!
