“It was ok.”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 19, 2013

The show was ok, but no more spectacular than any shows I have seen on the numerous Mexican resorts we have stayed at or the fire/dance shows we have seen at clubs in both Puerto Vallarta and the Mayan Riviera. The meal was an average buffet with nothing that really stood out. All good food, but for the price I maybe expected a lobster tail or two. Four of us attened and we did feel like we were being hearded in and out like cattle in the dark. I suppose the beach setting could have been romantic if you could have enjoyed it at your own pace.
The entertainment staff on the boat was awesome and made the ride enjoyable. An ok experience, but for the $500 dollars the four of us spent on the tour I am sure we could have found a great meal and entertainment in town, or on a private boat we rented!

“Good show, long boat ride”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 19, 2013

The food served at dinner was really good, and they had a nice variety of dishes to choose from. Dining by candle light on the beach was nice but it got dark shortly after we sat down, and our candle kept going out. The show was really fun and entertaining and we both enjoyed it a lot.

The only downside of this entire outing was the boat ride! I wish the person who sold us our tickets was more honest about how long it would be. We left from Nuevo Vallarta and were told it would be 30 min. It was closer to 1 hr 15 min by the time we landed, most of that was very choppy and rough. Thank goodness the little shop on the beach there sells dramamine! On the way back, the ship staff put on a little show to keep you entertained and it helped distract me from my sea-sickness.

Overall a good night, but wear comfy shoes, bring a sweater and take some gravol.

“Great Show, Good Food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2013

Boat ride was a little long, but we saw some whales and sea birds, wear a light jacket as the evening is cool.
The show was beautiful under a starry night, seated in a rustic area a short distance from the beach. Great entertainment. Food was good, typical Mexican fare, but a little hard to see in the semidarkness.
Worth seeing and would recommend it to family & friends.

“The best tour in PV”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2013

I finely got a chance to go to this great tour and had great time,we left port around 5pm, we were the 1st group to leave, that means we eat first and see the show after, which some people prefer,we ate on the shore cliff overlooking the ocean with candle lights everywhere, the food was great and drinks kept coming, and a great show afterwords. The only thing that they could have done better was to announce to everyone going back to the boat that tips would be acepted for the hardworking people there serving us well, instead these poor women standing there with there baskets in hand for tips while people rush down this trail to get a seat on the boat,if you stopped on the trail to reach for your wallet, you be be run over by others on there way to the boat, I feel bad for them, they can make good tips, of coarse the tour company made sure to tell you ahead of time on the way back. Lol

“Rhythms of the Night - Fantastic”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 17, 2013

Three words, A-MAZ- ING. If you are traveling to Puerto Vallarta with that special someone, this is a must. Set near Las Caletas beach, this trip lives up to all its hype and more. The sail over and back can be a little chilly so bring a sweater or light jacket. Once there you will enjoy a beautiful candle lite romantic dinner within inches of the Pacific Ocean. The atmosphere is set for the wonderful evening that follows. Once dinner is over you are beckoned to the pyramid (amphitheater) by the sounds of flutes and drums up a candle lite path, where you will be awestruck by the setting and performance of an ancient pre-Columbian dances and music. We’ve done many adventures over the years in P.V. This one is by far one of the most special evenings you will enjoy. There is a small gift shop on the path that leads back to the dock, worth stopping in.
