We ate here twice for lunch during March 2014. The food was not as good as the street cart vendors downtown but it was still very good and better than "Mexican" food you find in the US. The guacamole made tableside was our favorite part of the meal. It's free but be sure to tip the guy that makes it. Salsa is just so so compared to every where else we ate. The chips were fresh fried, delicious and the basket is always full thanks to the attentive service. Meals were huge portions and prices were higher than you'll find downtown.
The restaurant is right on the water and has a nice breeze on the open air patio overlooking the marina and mountains. There are also big TV's for watching sports in some areas of the restaurant.
If you find yourself in the marina area, this is a good option, but if you can make your way downtown, you'll be much happier trying real Mexican food off the street carts.
