Description: The restaurant we had planned to visit was closed and so was our favourite taco stand. While walking to our next favourite taco stand we came upon this restaurant. What great luck. It was visually attractive with interesting touches here and there. A very casual and relaxed atmosphere. I had probably the best meat burrito I have ever eaten. My friend was equally pleased with her choice. We both had 'agua fresca' which happened to be tamarind water, delicious. Total bill for the two of us was under $10. Definitely a restaurant to put on my repeat list.

I like that you can have a whole comida of the day for 45 pesos. Includes a juice of the day, soup which was a rich tortilla soup (yummy) and some stewed pork tips with vegetables, rice and beans. Cute, casual friendly environment. The waiter was as chatty and friendly as could be. Just shows a new place can start in a bad economy and do very well. A great combination of doing the right things. Great value, tasty food and friendly in the know atmosphere. Purely Mexican food. Discounts program buy 5 burritos and get one free.
On a budget this is your place to have a good time and leave very full.

This is a really great corner eatery, very popular with locals. The hardworking owners are warmly hospitable and really care about their guests. (Apparently feeling we'd been waiting too long on a busy day, they gave us bowls of soup to stave off hunger. This rich soup was our first indication that we were in very good hands.) In addition to the large burritos (I had shrimp), which are truly excellent and a meal in themselves, there is a range of other dishes including a variety of daily fixed meals with fruit drinks.

California style burritos or what I had "mini" Sonoran enchilada style chimichanga very DELISH. The menu doesn't offer enchiladas style or bathed chimichangas but if you ask for it you get it. Great service and great flavors highly recommended.

Was in PV from June 10 - July 29, 2012. This was my favourite place to have lunch after a day at the gym or spanish lessons. The people would talk to you either in Spanish (learning) or English. My personal favourite of the place was the Burrito and chicken - all food items were great. Great value for this amazing food.

This centralllocated Old Town, truly Mexican cafe serves excellent, economical and delicious food. The daily specials include a drink, soup and a full plate. Today we had creamed carrot soup, iced tea and chicken mole with rice and beans. Cost 40 pesos! The soup was amazingly good. We took home a large container of meatball soup, a supper for 2 for80 pesos. The meatballs were flavoured with mint and the soup was spicy and full of flavour. The food is terrific and a great bargain. Many locals have followed Luis and Kai from their small outlet next door to the new. Families, business, couples or solo. Yes , you can still get burritos!
