Great tour with Amanda who’s knowledge of food and the locale is unsurpassed. Born in Mexico of American parents, she has a degree in culinary arts and a deep history of food and how it is prepared. What a great combination! Food stops were terrific. I had never tasted a great tamale until we went to Cenaduria Tia Aniya. The Yucatán taco at Antojeria Phbil was unusual and delicious. The atmosphere at Abulon was special and the food was equally good.
