We took the van tour with my wife's aunt and uncle (they have mobility issues). The van tour lets you get outside the city to a broader selection of food. Amanda was a great tour guide and we loved the tour. The Tortas Ahorgadas and the Tamales at Tia Anitas were wonderful surprises. We came back the next week for the taco tour with Kelsey and ate at a number of street stands that we never would have visited on our own. All of the selections were great. We saw areas of town that we would not have otherwise visited.

Fantastic day today on the Taste of Pitillal Food Tour. Myself, my 15 year old daughter and three other couples shared a great day walking through Pitillal, eating great food and hearing the history of the area. Hours later I’m still sooooo full and definitely tried things for the first and I’m sure not last time.

Even after reading so many great reviews, our experience exceeded all expectations. This was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, and I cannot imagine a better introduction to the food and culture of this city. We took the evening tour, and our guide, Amanda, was extremely knowledgeable and worked tirelessly all evening to make sure that we all had a great time and got the most out of it. We visited a good variety of places, including plenty of locations we would want to return to, as well as learning how to choose new places. We also learned a lot about the culture, people, and places here, visiting some very interesting and picturesque locations that we would definitely have missed on our own. Just make sure you don’t eat much the rest of the day before coming on the tour!

Went on the lunch tour and got to sample various types of tacos as well as a couple drinks (alcoholic and non), a little chocolate and now know Puerto Vallarta a lot better. It was fun and our guide was very knowledgeable. I'd recommend this company and tour.
