An amazing bar. Great live music. The band we saw there on a Thursday and Saturday night was awesome. They sang English rocks songs and took request. The drink prices were the best down town. Paid $45 for "open bar" Atari ner by club. But it was pre poured warm beer and bottom shelf liquor. Murphy's we drank until 3am and our bill was still lower than the cover at the so called 'clubs'.

stopped by here for lunch. service was extremely slow. I'm not talking Mexico slow, thats fine. This was excruciating slow. 20 minutes to get a couple margs and a coke after ordering is pretty crazy.

Food was just mediocre, but given the prices was poor.

We stopped into Murphy's Irish Pub, We were walking by the Pub and were invited up and it was happy hour. We went up to the second floor and saw a really nice Irish Pub and sat by the front of the bar over looking the ocean. It was a very nice place to stop and relax after walking thru the town. It was pretty hot and humid, so the beer was really cold. I recommend Murphy's Irish Pub the music and drinks were really good. They also have really clean bathrooms.
Well my opinion is to stop in and say Hi to the owners we met John and all were very friendly.

Walking through the city of Puerto Vallarta we came across Murphy's Irish Pub. We entered the bar which is on the second floor but that made it even better. It was very warm and we sat overlooking the water. There was a very nice breeze and plenty of cold drinks. We actually met John, the owner and had a nice conversation. We also order nacho's that were very good. Of course, after drinking a few beers we needed to visit the banjo (bathroom). To our surprise, the bathroom was very clean.

So if you are in P.V. do stop in and see the Irish kid in Puerto Vallarta.
