“Crazy low prices at Crazy Beaches”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 19, 2011

After meeting friends there last week and watching them eat (we had already eaten), we just had to go back, it all looked so good. Karen, the owner, showed me her spacious and clean kitchen. You can tell she really takes pride in the place...knows most of her customers by name and loves to cook. 12 peso Pacificos,
Coronas and margaritas (ALL DAY!) and only about 1/2 block off Playa Los Muertos beach. Her sour cream enchiladas are superb...I had the crisy tacos, which are hard to find down there. Other specialties are her cheeseburgers, hand-cut fries, BLT's, fried chicken, wings, and great nachos for only 50 pesos. She's got it all with a pool table, WiFi, Skype...even Karaoke if that's your thing. Open 4 p.m. til around midnight, be sure to make this one of your first stops. She makes you feel like you're right at home!

“Loads of fun and fabulous food!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 19, 2011

We ate at Crazy Beaches Cantina 5 times while we were in PV, because the meals were always excellent. I especially loved the Scampi, as well as the Chicken in a lovely mushroom spinach sauce. When we told the chef, Alex, we would be coming the following evening, he made a fabulous Sea Bass dinner for us, just because we told him how much we like seafood.
All of the staff, and especially the owner, Karen, are very friendly and help to make everyone feel welcome - like part of a big, happy family.
There is always something happening at Crazy Beaches. You can watch a soccer game, or hockey game, you can play pool or dance to the juke box or live guitarist, or you can enjoy a quieter dinner near the back of the restaurant. Every night has something different to offer.
One night we were even guests at an impromtu wedding. Two of the patrons decided they would like to get married. Within minutes, there were flowers (from a street vendor), a ring (from some car keys), a Spanish love song (sung by the bartender, Jose, who has a beautiful voice) and the ceremony (preformed by a visiting Fire Chief). What a hoot!!!
We will definitely go back the next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

“One Crazy Place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 19, 2011

If you are looking for a great place to dine and have a drink then try Crazy Beaches Cantina in Puerto Vallarta. It is well situated in the Romantic Zone just a half a block off the old Malecon. The food is delicious and the drinks are even better. The quality of food and service is spectacluar for the price. The owner , Karen, will make you feel at home. The best part of the evening is you don't know what is going to happen. My wife and I were sitting talking to people and this singer with a guitar comes in and starts belting out beautiful songs. Next thing I know my wife is up dancing with a crowd of people. If you are travelling to Vallarta make sure you stop in and say Hi to Karen for me.

“A resturant and bar with an exciting new flavor.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 18, 2011

Crazy Beaches Cantina is a new and refreshing atmosphere. They provide live entertainment(including Kareokee), awesome food, and a full bar. The staff is terrific, Karen, the owner, outdoes herself in helping to make every customer welcome. The Cantina is clean and inviting with painted murals, cheerful tableclothes on new tables.
I believe Karen is a hostess that makes everyone glad they came, and some stay.
Good luck, Karen
