The nacho chips they served before dinner were stale. My fish fillet came in tin foil and after a few bites I discovered it was raw besides the outer edges. The veggies were over cooked, the rice was cold and the caesar salad was tiny. I asked them to cook the fish a little longer and 2 minutes later it was brought back, obviously micro-waved. The night before I had a great meal for $2 from a street cart so I expected a little better for $15. I will continue eating at street carts but I will never go back to Cesare.
