We first found this restaurant on our first trip last year. It's at the end of the Malecon just before it becomes the awful tourist strip with the tourist restaurants.
We weren't inclined to go here because it's upstairs from an irish pub. Despite this, we went here - and found it was just excellent. Great service, wonderful view of the Malecon and ocean, especially at sunset. The food is very good. We took a friend on this trip who doesn't like fish, but liked their ceviche. It's made with a lot of shrimp instead of just fish which gives it a better flavor.
