I've often found that restos with great views or other non-food attractions very often rest on these laurels. Not so Casa Isabel. Pride of ownership is apparent everywhere you look. The decor is delightful- comfortable, tasteful yet with a lot of flair. The menu is fairly eclectic. I would call it continental style cuisine. I had the chicken as did two of my companions. It was done to perfection. The other member of our party had the fish of the day and was also very pleased with her meal. The wine list is not extensive but we had a good Merlot from Chile at a very reasonable price. The price complete with 15% tip, two bottles of wine, 4 mains, two desserts and water came to 1800 pesos. My only negative is that there was a duo playing guitar and harp and singing apparently traditional Mexican ballads. Altho they were very good, their proximity to our table made conversation difficult. If you are driving turn onto Pulpito up the hill off HWY 200 at the Kiosko. About 100 m along you'll find Del Bosque on your right. You need to make a sharp turn onto this narrow lane.
