We were in Puerto Vallarta for my wedding. We had a group of 25 people in town for the occasion. The women in the group wanted to shop at the flea market downtown. The men decided to take a break and headed upstairs to Cafe Roma. What a friendly place. It was very easy to kick back and enjoy and beer while taking in the view below. We ordered several pizzas and everyone enjoyed them very much. The women even joined us when they were finished shopping and we stayed for several more drinks. The waiters were very friendly and Senor Fox, the owner, came over and joined us for a short conversation. We will be sure to stop by again next year when we are in town.

We heard many good reviews from friends about this place and we were determined to check it out. What a fun little restaurant in downtown PV and right next to the flea market. The food is fabulous and so reasonably priced!! Try the thin crust pizza and yummy chicken wings! The wine and drinks were tasty too! The serving staff are wonderful and so friendly. This is a popular place and there were people lined up to have lunch. We were lucky that our party was there early so we could get the prime table overlooking the street. The great thing too is the owner lets you use the phone to call Canada and U.S. for free. Who does that? Wonderful time and highly recommended. Take a peek at their website. They take pics of all of the guests and no one looks unhappy!!

The food is very good. The service is excellent. The beverages are good and at a good price. The owner "Senor Fox" is a super host and is usually on site and available for conversation. A really fun place to visit.

My wife and I ate there and as the other reviews stated, great people run it. Extremely friendly. It was the slow season and we were the only ones in the restaurant (like many we went to). Was able to use the phone, to call home to the US which was also nice. Will be back on the next visit to PR.

We have visited Cafe Roma several times now and have enjoyed their tasty pizzas and the best margaritas in town, especially their strawberry banana and Mango flavors. The staff is awesome and we are always greeted by the owner, Fox, and his friendy waiter and bartender. They also have karaoke several times per week in the evening, which seems to be a lot of fun among regulars and visitors. Lastly, the bar has a webcam and free phone calls home, which we always take advantage of. Overall a must place to go!
