My husband and went on the Outdoor Adventure and had an amazing time. I would recommend going on the first rip in the morning and during the week if possible. Our group was very small (only 4total) so it was like a private tour through the jungle! It starts with a ride up through the jungle by mule. Next, you go through a series of zip lines, repelling down water falls, and many adventures through jungle.

Be prepared to get wet and wear bug spray. It is very well organized and safe. The only con is you can't take your own pictures, but have to buy the professional ones. They are expensive, but they were some amazing pictures. Bring a few dollars, because there is this cute old Mexican lady who makes homemade snacks after your tour. (Chips, salsa, fruit and water were included in the price).

First of all, this is the 3rd adventure we had from this company during our 7day vacation in PV. This company is really professional and def SAFE!!! Comparing with Extreme Zipline adventure, outdoor adventure includes more varieties.
1. take power boat to the beach southside of pv, we saw wild dolphins jumping out of ocean.
2. take Benz made 4*4 yellow truck (20mins) to the camp
3. ride mule from the camp to the first zipline
4. Jungle explore (ziplines, water-end zipline, waterfall down climbing, waterslides, hiking, etc.)
The only reason for me to have extreme zipline adventure is that it has the longest and fastest zipline at the end (1min duration with the highest speed 70m/h), ur position is like a superman!
Also extreme one has Dune Buggy but kinda limited route and SPEED!!!!

Always there are at least 5-7 tour guides for a 15people group. They are super friendly, funny, and professional. They def made our tour more awesome. There is one professional photographer in the team too taking pics for u during the tour. I love my all pics, however, u need pay for that. we paid $57 for pics of my frineds and me including 4 printouts and 2 CDs inlcuidng all ur pics. I think worth it.

Also i said they are professional because my friend got alittle cut by racing mules (stupid lol), was bleeding alil. one of tour guide first aid up the cut. After the trip, my friend was required to fill a form too that they will report this even it is just a small cut.

Anyway, good experience, good people, good company!! Highly recommend

An outstanding tour. Start with a crazy boat ride across the scenic bay, onto a bouncing "Uni-mog" offload trip into the mountains, followed by a mule ride to the first zip line. The 10 zip lines included repelling vertically beside a 100 foot waterfall, 2 water slides and zipping backwards, upside down and into water. Numerous energetic guides made us feel comfortable and safe. Definitely worth the $110, it was truly a day that we will remember for a long time. I have been on a dozen or so tours over the course of 7 Mexican vacations, this one tops them all.

My daughter and I had the adventure of a lifetime last week at Outdoor Adventure in Puerto Vallarta! We have ziplined before but the crew from Vallarta Adventures place this attraction head and shoulders above all others.

You get a continental breakfast to start out the morning, then ride on a kodiak boat across Banderas Bay to a sleepy little Mexican fishing village where you will pile into an Unimog (a large multi purpose truck), then spend the next 20 minutes or so driving up 2000 feet above sea level (my ears popped all the way) to base camp. The base camp is beautiful, and clean. You'll get your gear on and then a lesson on safety and the basics of how to zipline. The Team constantly emphasizes safety and fun and more safety. They are well trained, professional and hilarious! They will keep you entertained throughout the whole adventure, but more importantly, they will keep you safe. Not once was I afraid. Thrilled? Yes, but never afraid.

Then you will get on a mule and ride another 15-20 minutes up the side of the mountain until you get to the summit, where you will zipline from mountaintop to mountaintop, rappel down a cliff with a waterfall, zipline into a cold mountain pool, zipline upside down (this is optional) then take a massive waterslide to the bottom, where fruit and juice awaits you. Throughout it all, a photographer is always there, taking pictures of your fun time and he will capture every laugh and smile and, yes, even your screams.

Thank you to the L/M Team! Angal, Johny, Nely, Adolfo and Adrian...thanks for the great time we had. We'll be back!!
