If you are looking for a day of being pampered this is the beach bar that has it all!

The owners of this place have done an excellent job of thinking of every last detail when it comes down to your enjoyment. They have a fabulous section on the beach with nice lounging chairs and shade if you so desire. If you forgot to bring a towel don't worry they provide fresh towels. Part way through the day a waiter brings around chilled face cloths for a refreshing wipe down. If you are in the mood for a massage you got it!

If you've had to much sun they have a tropical shadded bar with plenty of seating room, or you can have a nice fresh water shower to cool off. The staff provide excellent service while giving you your space to enjoy your day.

The food and drinks are beautifully presented, delicious and full of flavor! We had the Fish Tacos that are prepared Baja style with lettuce, grated carrots, chipolte mayo and they were wrapped in hand made tortillas. The Herb Crusted Chicken Sandwich came with Swiss cheese, avocado, crispy bacon and a side salad. Our strawberry margaritas were garnshed with star fruit!

We sat with one of the Owners wives Patti, who is a Canadian. An amazing woman full of information on Vallarta and a real pleasure to spend time with. If you are planning to spend more than one day here you can make a reservation with any of the amazing staff.

“A Great Choice for a Day at the Beach”
Reviewed January 30, 2012

Good service most days. I appreciated that you could make a reservation each day and be greeted with a smile when you arrived. They are set up early so you can start your day whenever you are ready. The food was very good. The salads and shrimp burritos were my favorite. Drinks were also very good. They give comlimentary towels and there is a kayak for the use of customers at no charge. Restrooms are clean too. Beach is sandy no worries about cutting yourself on rocks here.

“Gringo Heaven - Good Food Great Chairs”
Reviewed January 5, 2012

This was our first year at the south end of Los Muertos. We rented a condo up on the mountain side and trekked to the beach every morning for a day of sun and sand. Swell was the answer to our "what do we do about beach space if we're not actually staying on the beach" question. Our experience was mostly on the up side... The food was great. Fresh salads in big blue bowls and crusty pieces of bread. Real turkey breast on cranberry bread. Grilled fish or chicken on toasted ciabatta... Probably the best beach food we've ever had on any beach anywhere. The loungers are divine... they go into total recline and have an attached awning to keep the sun off your head and shoulders... The staff - Jorge and David in particular - were fast, friendly and made you feel like old friends... On the down side - there is a reservation system for the chairs and for particular spots on the beach that we never did quite master. I think it had to do with money passing from our hand to someone's pocket - but whose pocket was most important remained a mystery. Being early is definitely important. After 10:30 or 11:00 you're pretty well out of luck... It's busy. It's noisy. It's crowded. It's a true Los Muertos beach experience in the very best sense...
