Description: Fifteen years ago, driven by the advice of a good friend, we started with a small facility; this was a time when we only had a variety of 7 pizzas and 2 salads. I personally started cooking with one of my old cooks, we worked very hard and added some pastas in order to serve our customers the way they deserved.Several years went by and our clientele grew every day. Luckily, the property next door became vacant and we decided to extend the restaurant to service all our customers who still visit us to this day, we remodeled the place and now have a dining area for 200 people. We created a fresh and clean environment with a romantic and bohemian touch, features that are our trademark in La Piazzetta. We also extended our menu and created 24 different types of our already famous pizzas, new salads, pastas and main courses, creating the menu you can now enjoy with us.

“Good pizza in a casual setting”
Reviewed February 8, 2013

We always stop by for pizza or pasta when in PV ...... Generally more than once as we are here for a month. The pizza is good, remember, you are in Mexico, not Italy. Best to dine on the outside terrace rather than inside as it is cooler.......... Unless ac is on

“Meh nothing special”
Reviewed February 7, 2013

We had to return the calamari as it was burnt. The pizza was nothing special and the daily special of the salmon was good. Great area and great for people watching but the food is quite sub par

Reviewed February 5, 2013

Ci! PV closes up early... and it was midnight, and we were hungry... and we stumbled into here... we ordered a specialty made pizza and it was THE BEST either of us have eaten! The thin crust was sublime! The service and drinks were excellent! Try them! Open till 1AM!

“Not your typical pizza”
Reviewed February 1, 2013

We dined here one night during our stay at Hotel San Marino, a block away. The hotel is all inclusive but we often will venture out to try some of the local establishments. We ordered two pizzas for the two of us and a bottle of San Benedetto water . The mineral water was listed on the menu but the waiter informed us that we would have to get the Mexican version instead. It turned out to be a not too bad alternative. The pizzas arrived on wooden boards with a cake spatula for each. The pizza was not what you would typically expect to get. The crust was a very thin flaky pastry, the sauce too was thinly applied and the toppings were sparse. The pizza, I must say, was quite delicious none-the-less. We had planned on left-overs but that didn't happen. Each pie was about enough to satisfy a normal appetite. Overall it was a nice experience but I doubt I would return, with so many choices available.

“Great People Watching”
Reviewed January 30, 2013

We like to sit on the patio and watch the people stroll by while enjoying some good, albeit not great, traditional italian food. Reasonable and filling with good pizzas, too.
