We stopped after the guys visited the Cigar Factory since they said they had a good lunch there last trip. We had shrimp ceviche which was good and then quesodillas since we weren't that hungary. The quesodilllas were much bigger than we expected and no one finished theirs. The beef was tough but chicken and shrimp were good. With so many great places to eat in PV I wouldn't return.

We used to enjoy walking the 'flea market' and stopping here for drinks and appetizers or lunch. This trip we stopped in - the decor is slightly different and mosst of the staff has changed. Service was terrible (took drink orders twice, forgot to take our food order, offered one of us the 'special' that included dessert but never got the dessert or the special platter) The Chili Relleno tasted 'odd' and instead of tacos asada I got a steak. They gave me torilla's to 'make my own' tacos. Hard sell on the time shares and activities.

Love this place. We've been going there for 25 years and it's still great. Had the lunch special, a four course meal with 18 fried shrimp for $10 each. Drinks are excellent and they have Happy Hour. Love the location overlooking the Rio Cuale.

This restaurant is basically 'open air' with a roof to protect you from the elements. Located at a busy corner of the Isla Cuale (River) and the public Flea Market in Old Town. Lots to see. Service was good and breakfast served quickly. Wonderful fresh coffee served without having to ask for 'top ups'.

My wife and I stopped in for a snack after shopping at the flea market across the street (we buy a sink there each time we visit town), and were amazed at the quality of the guacamole. We only had that, chips and salsas, but they were amazing! The house red sauce had a wonderful smoky flavor and the perfect amount of heat. The cigar shop across the street was a great last stop before getting on the bus to head back to the hotel. Highly, highly recommend this restaurant!
