“Paradise all in one week”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 5, 2013 via mobile

A true trip of real paradise el CID keeps on upgrading everything which is a great positive... The staff are dressed even more professional which make you feel like your royalty for your stay. The new area to eat by the pool with contemporary seating. The all inclusive an keeps getting better with eating at the la concha where you can enjoy the sound of the ocean while you eat and they have the best waiter there josue he is so caring and makes you feel very special... He deserves to be given great praise...
Then during the day while you sit by the pool or the ocean look for the number one server out there Tomas he try's to do everything he can to make you feel special. Tomas should be a trainer for all of there staff he does 200% out there he is unbelievable... I am glad to be a VIP owner at el CID the number one resort in mazatlan

“Ban the band”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 3, 2013

The beach is very nice. It's quite clean, only a few dead fish here and there. Unfortunately, there is a 8-person band that wanders along the beach, stopping for 30 minutes at a time at each hotel to play terrible loud "music". Their noise is so loud that you cannot sleep while they play, even if you use earplugs.

“GREAT BEACH”

It was a great beach for enjoying sun and swimming. Tons of activities and yet able to enjoy a good book, too.

“Time share promotion”

Hard sell, poor food, when salesman was told that when things seem to be too good to believe they usually are, he left in a huff!

“What a great resort!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 25, 2013

We stay at the El Cid Marina, but a short ride down the main street, and all El Cid guests can come and enjoy the pools and great beach. Delicious swim up bar, and great main pool with an island with a diving ledge and water slide!
