My girlfriend loves looking at all the touristy booths, and there are plenty. Great views. And if you get tired, lots of taxis/pulmonias around.

The Malecon was quite nice - in the evenings. During the day it was too hot. We walked nearly the entire distance one evening, along with hundreds of others, both locals and tourists.

It is beautiful. The wind blows in off the ocean and the waves come in. You can see for miles. Watch the boats and surfers/swimmers. It is clean and well decorated.

At night, a hopping scene. During the day, hot, but beautiful. Rent bikes and enjoy the scenery to the fullest!
