Very nice, can stroll on top, and go down to the beach and walk it as well, loved it, loved meeting new people.

We enjoy walking on the Malecon. Sometimes we start at Valentino's and walk until we decide that we should turn around while we can still make it back without taking transportation. We also enjoy going down to the Olas Alta's area and walk. Be sure and go around sunset for some spectacular picture.

The Malecon is very long, goes all along the beach. It's beautiful to walk or ride by bicycle or even with roller blades. In the afternoon there are a lot of people excercising. And you have a beautiful view to see the sunset.

Goes on for miles with the beach and ocean on one side and cafes and restaurants on the other. The sculptures are beautiful. The beach was really active with the surfers and other sun-seekers. A really fun walk.
