The wait staff is great, the open air seating gives you all the Mexican ambience and they often have traditional dancers or performers. 2 for 1 happy hour and yummy food, try the tequila shrimp!,

Fantastic food and drinks at a reasonable cost. Live entertainment is excellent. It is a little out of the way, but worth the trip. The seafood rocks and make sure you have ice cream for dessert (coconut).

Discovered this place on accident. Was originally intending on going to sports pub nearby, but they were closed. Taxi driver recommended this place and we were impressed. Right on the beach, excellent stuffed shrimp, and live music. We happened to be there on a Sunday evening and had a very nice band playing American music. Waiter Cris was outstanding, spoke great English and hooked us up with some free shots of Tequila after dinner. Ended up taking home a bottle of Mr. Lionso's private label which I think you can only buy there. Mr Lionso himself even called us a taxi at the end of the night since there were none waiting outside due to Sunday night. Great staff and service, would come back.

Another great restaurant recommended to us on our first trip to Mazatlan and one of our favorites. We especially like going on Sunday evening when they have live music. Go early or you wait for a table. Great margaritas and the best coconut shrimp I've ever had. Love the food and the ambiance. I suggest a lightweight jacket or sweater because it is open-sided and you tend to get a breeze off of the ocean. Can't wait til 2013!!

We live in Mazatlan and recently ate here for the first time. The open-air is great, though sticky on hot evenings. Lovely views and there was a mariachi band playing. You can walk from your table right down onto the beach, and rinse your feet when you come back up. We waited about 45 minutes for our food on an un-crowded evening. We had crab empanadas, which were very large (good!) and super greasy and musty-tasting (bad!). The chips also were over-cooked and very greasy, it tasted like they needed to change the fryer oil. We also had Fresadas, which is a non-alcoholic slushy strawberry drink. Pancho's has an excellent one, however the one here was so sweet it burned the back of our throats. It tasted like liquid jello- not refreshing at all, a real bummer. We like the atmosphere, but man, sure wouldn't pay to eat their food again.
