“Luna Azul Sunset Cruise”
Reviewed February 21, 2013

Adeline and his first mate took my group of 6 out for a wonderful sunset cruise. We headed up the north coast so we saw a couple of secluded bays and a beautiful sunset. We deliberated about taking this excursion for 6 days and finally on the last night, the concerns (banos) were all addressed and we jumped off the fence. Everyone was very glad we did. My "terrified of water" fellow traveler is the one that supplied the pictures and urged me to write this review. I have trouble with motion sickness usually so remained sober, but not sick. Just a very lovely time with good friends.

“Where the Cruise Ships Come In”
Reviewed February 17, 2013

I was hesitant to swim in this bay due to the number of boats, and the fact that the cruise ships dock here. I suspect there's probably a lot of boat fuel in the water. But the beach is nice, and there are upscale shops and restaurants, again because of the cruise ships. There's a small park for shade, and a Scotiabank on the main street if you need an ATM.

“Great way to spend a day or even a few hours”
Reviewed February 12, 2013

Santa Cruz is known for being the port for cruise ships. When the ships come in there is a possibility of price hikes. This year the ship came in on Friday.

Located in Santa Cruz is a public beach and marina with calm water. You will also find restaurants, shops, markets, a beautiful church, Scotia Bank and in the middle of the square is ‘Café Huatulco’ who serves an awesome cup of coffee- Americano.

Always feel welcomed and safe.
