My wife and I decided to eat at Tonys from the reviews we saw on Tripadvisor. We were definitely not disappointed. From the moment we arrived we were treated with a warm welcome from Jorge, who seems to be "the man" at the restaurant. He runs around doing basically everything except the cooking, which is masterfully done by Chef Eric. Chef Eric is a French trained chef who hails from Vietnam. The food is classical French with excellent asian fusion, not confusion. The food, service, wine list and the view make it a must visit when in Acapulco. We ate here twice and all of the dishes we had were outstanding, including the mussels in papiote, the asian ribs and the roasted chicken.
You may get lucky and meet Tony himself.
