I truly love the Diego Rivera Wall Mural Mosaic but what really made it special was the love story behind the masterpiece, which Sebastian shared with us...(everyone loves a good love story). "The House of the Wind” that expressed his love, appreciation of the generosity, friendship, and love that he had experienced through his lifetime.

I have been to art museums all over this country and Europe and I've never seen anything like this! The detail is remarkable and to think that this masterpiece is just on a wall on a narrow street at the top of a hill!

A beautiful surprise to see an original Diego Rivera mosaic on a wall outside a home in Old Acapulco.

This mural, outside of his house, is totally worth a stop or a very slow driveby. The man was an mural icon and this mural is no exception. Supposedly a Rivera sibling still lives there ! I did not stop to confirm ! SkippyFrizz

I really liked the mural, however, you're not traveling through the best part of town to see it. I don't recommend trying to find it yourself, but our tour guide Roberto Alarcon took us directly there.
