Here you can enjoy all the best of Monterrey regional food. The best carne asada plates are Agujas Nortenas, Ribeye ribs and Arrachera. They have also Cabrito (baby goat) and the other plates that come from goat that are fritada (blood soup) machitos and goat head meet. They start with refried beans, chips and salsa.
