Bistro Bardot is not really a bistro. It is a real french type restaurant with many items on the menu which are not offered in a classic bistro: The steak of poivre is excellent and most probably cooked sous-vide, there is no other explanation for the smoothness and richness of flavor. The cooked shrimp are the best on this side of the ocean! The service is very attentive, of course, it help to be a regular. Good wine list, and finally a very good value for the price! One of Monterrey's best!
