One of the most famous dishes of the city is Cabrito this regional delicacy is served in different restaurants but here it is superb! The service is excellent and super fast the atmosphere doesn't get more local than that to be honest. The place is really nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. My favourite par the kidney cut but other list "Paleta" are very good as well. I'd avoid the leg tho it can be dry at times. And if you don't like to try Cabrito they also have other options of beef. They offer a salad bar too. For the starter ask for some "frijoles con veneno" fried beans with chorizo. Guacamole and "queso fundido" cheese with chorizo, doesn't get better than that! Go with an empty stomach and enjoy.
