I have been staying here for umpteen number of times over the last 5 years - nothing changes. The breakfast menu has been the same since I remember. The room service menu is very, very limited and you are forced to go out in search of restaurants even if you are alone and want to eat-in. The rooms are neat and clean but the showers need to be upgraded. No satellite TV - so very limited channels. While Mexico is undertaking a drive for people to learn English, very few people in the hotel are able to speak the language. Tiny Gym. Meeting rooms are very small and hardly ever available.
However, there do not seem to be too many other alternatives in Culiacan (except maybe for Lucerna). The other hotels are even worse and more monotonous.
