I choose this restaurant after skimming the menu on TripAdvisor & thought they still offered sushi. There’s no sushi on the menu but I got the seafood pasta & a ginger martini. Both were fantastic. The price is a bit high but we enjoyed the atmosphere & were not disappointed with the food.

Enjoyed breakfast twice in the garden at Todos Santos Inn. Excellent huevos rancheros and omelettes. A gorgeous setting and excellent service. Nice presentation for cappuccinos in tall glass mugs. The breakfast came with fresh fruit or toast. The fruit was delicious. Really enjoyed everything about this place.

There is a lot of VERY GOOD food in Todos Santos, but unfortunately, we didn't think La Copa Cocina was one to write home about. We were the only diners they had the evening we went, we ordered a salad that was too sweet and over-dressed. I ordered their fish of the day, which came out lukewarm at best. The cocktails were tasty and sitting in the garden area was lovely. Our waiter was obnoxiously persistent, taking our food away the moment we took a pause to chat and enjoy our drinks. At one point I even had to say to him, 'Can you please give us a minute?', his pushiness was the cherry on the top of an expensive and not so spectacular meal.'

We had an early Valentines dinner here and the food was absolutely wonderful (Chef Tracy) and the service (sorry but can't recall our servers name- it was unique though:)) was terrific. He was attentive, offered good advice on the dishes, he was never obtrusive but seems to know when to check with us. The atmosphere was great and we will definitely return. We had the filet (wonderfully cooked) and ribs. Other people there seemed very pleased with their dinners and service as well.

Last year Copa Cocina served us memorable Sushi with fresh tasty ingredients. Last night we had a simply terrible meal. The sushi is gone from the menu to be replaced by Costco’s worst. I’m gonna assume they lost their chef and are stuck with reheating bad food until they find a new one. My fish of the day was a chunk of tasteless terribleness. The fact I left it in it’s near entirety didn’t seem to bother the staff so I think they knew too. Such a shame. We had high hopes for our last night in Todos Santos and they were sorely dashed. One to avoid.
