Our family of three were recommended by friends who live near Todos Santos and know the owners, Carlos and Paula. Carlos was our guide along with Israel who captained the craft. Such professionals and amazing guides! We've been all over the world and found this to be one of best tours of sea life anywhere! You will not be disappointed in the service, sealife, and splendor of the day! The cherry on top was the outstanding lunch provided on a secluded sugar sand beach. You cannot ask for a better Baja experience!

My family of 6 loved this trip! My husband and I took our 4 kids - aged 11, 10 and two 8 year olds. It was magical to see those whale sharks. I never thought I would have the chance to see these beautiful creatures - certainly not up close like this. This is a bucket list trip. We loved the sea lions and snorkeling with fish too. Afterward, they take you to a beautiful secluded beach for playing, swimming and (collecting shells for the kids) and having a yummy lunch - the ceviche was a lunch standout!! It was hands down the best I had anywhere in Baja. I was particularly impressed with the way Carlos and Bob helped the kids. My kids had never snorkeled before so they did a great job of helping them out. I would love to come back to Baja and do another tour with these guys! They are located in the Todos Santos Surf Shop. I highly recommend them to everyone.

The tour is offered out of the Todos Santos Surf Shop. Stop by and ask them your questions. Paula and Carlos are the owners and they both speak english. We did the snorkeling tour to swim with the whale sharks and sea lions of La Paz. Overall, the experience was great, very memorable. Here's the basic out-line: you meet at a cafe early in the morning (7am or so) in Todos Santos. You caravan to La Paz (a little over an hour, drive time). You board a shaded boat and head out to swim with the whale sharks. All the gear is provided. The whale sharks are big and majestic, but not the full-grown adults you might expect. They're juveniles. If you're a strong swimmer, you'll have no problem keeping up with one. If you're not a strong or fast swimmer, you will get opportunities to see them. Patience is the key. After about an hour or so of swimming around with them, you head across the bay to where the sea lions are. They mostly ignore you, but if you try to imitate their swimming, they may get curious and want to swim around with you. Then finally, the boat takes you to a small beach in beautiful Balandra Bay, where a great lunch is served--burritos, salad, great ceviche, and cold sodas and beers. Carlos is a great guide, very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Their prices are comparable to the other guided tours based out of La Paz.
