“Best fish tacos”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 24, 2012

These are really good tacos... The fish are fried but light, not greasy and just amazing. We had 4 pcs of fish per taco. You choose your toppings and salsas and it's heavenly... Ya gotta try them.

“Some of the best fish tacos!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 22, 2012

One block off the main tourist drag in Todos Santos are heavenly fish tacos for 15 pesos each. I am not usually as big of fan of fried fish tacos, but these are fried in crack or something that makes them incredibly tasty - the batter is more of a tempura lights style that still lets you taste the fish. They have a great compliment of toppings to make them even better - break out of Los Cabos and let George feed you some great tacos!

“Ideal street food”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 15, 2012

Many places in Todos Santos lack street addresses, and if you're unfamiliar with local landmarks, it can be easy to miss them. Such is the case for Tacos Georges, but Colegio Militar is fortunately short enough to make a second pass with no sweat. Once seen, the blue umbrella is hard to miss. If you come around during lunch hours, you'll usually find this little taco stand open, serving up freshly battered fish tacos. I can't say what type of fish is served, but despite much in the way of obvious refrigeration, the fish tastes really fresh. The these are about as good as fish tacos get. Loads of available condiments are an added bonus, and the family running the stand is really friendly, to boot. For fifteen pesos, it's hard to beat.

“Really Great Street Tacos”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 31, 2012

The stand umbrella says "Tacos George's" which is what I seem to remember when this place was recommended to us when we were in Cabo San Lucas, 77 km. (48 miles) away. The name may well be George's Tacos (the G is pronounced as a G not a spanish J). I forgot to ask the owner. Whichever way you say it, this is a very worthwhile stop when in Todas Santos. It is a true street taco stand on wheels and I believe they only do seafood tacos, and they are done extremely well. The seafood is very fresh, dipped and fried before your very eyes. The seafood is placed in a warm tortilla and you add your choices of about eight toppings from a side table. Two or three tacos and a Mexican bottled coke or beer from the ice chest make a delightful lunch or snack. There was only one table which the four of us occupied. While we were eating, two cars, a bicyclist, and a motorcycle stopped in front of the stand, got their order, and speed off (all were natives, no gringos in sight). Note that the tortillas are very fresh and loaded up like my tacos were, the enjoying can get a little messy, so get several napkins. The stand is a few blocks from the Hotel California. Go one block north to Marquez de Leon and turn right. Go one block to C. Militar St. and turn left to the middle of the block on your right.
