This is the best restaurant you can find within the Los Cerritos beach colony. We were staying at the Hacienda and eating here was a dose of sanity. I only had a couple of meals here, but when we come back, we will eat out way through the menu. The ambience is great, clean and friendly. WindSprit was a thoughtful host and Carolyn made small revisions to the dishes to suit our taste. The pasta dish was soul food, and I had a fresh fish dish, local caught that morning ( cant remember what it was) . Also had the avocado papaya salad that made my eyes roll up with pleasure. What is the name of the hotel they are in front of? I want to come back and stay there!

Carolen and Wind are the wife/husband duo that run WindandC. She is the chef and he runs the front house, in addition to growing the produce for the restaurant and mixing up amazing cocktails: hibiscus/thyme margarita, passionfruit martini. The food is nothing short of fantastic. I have been traveling to Mex for many years, and this 3 wk trip was the healthiest I have ever felt. Eating arugula salad and kale salad all week long, I never felt vegetable deprived. They source local meets and cheeses, which is amazing for MEX. Everything from the breakfast to the dinners and desserts are made from scratch. The rooms are great & affordable with patios that look out to Cerritos beach, THE surf spot in the area. Definitely a place to check out, stay a few nights, meet great people and eat, eat , eat!!

Imagine how romantic this is. On a patio as the sun begins to go down, overlooking the beautiful Cerritos Beach with waves crashing on shore, about 1 km from the beach but the full beach and lookout point all in your sight-line; the setting sun over the lookout point. Now add in a most delicious healthy menu prepared by an absolutely creative and food artist, Carolen. Impeccable service. And you have the perfect setting for a truly Incredible Experience!
Our salads were amazing! The grapefruit and peanut salad awoke every taste bud as did the fresh kale salad. The freshness of the farm-to-table is so evident in the remarkable taste! The entrées, wow! Incredible tastes never experienced before! The portions perfect. The Baja Bouillabaisse simply amazing! The traditional Mayan pork and rice dish...wow! All finished off with an amazing dessert of warm pineapple with avocado soufflé and a shortbread with passion fruit custard to dip into. Wow!
Can't wait to go back again and again and again! They are also open Tuesday through Saturday for breakfast and lunch, both menu's look amazing!!!
Anyone visiting the Todos Santos/Pescadero/Cerritos area, this is a must stop :)

In reading past reviews it seems that the current "Wind and C" operated by Wind Spirit and Carolyn. It is adjacent to a small hotel and features a gorgeous outdoor, covered seating area. The food is remarkable, they bake fresh buns each day. Breakfast menu covers all needs (they even substituted a fried egg for fruit and yogurt on a pancake for my wife. Daytime and evening menu features salads and bowls (daily pasta special, etc.) Operators are more than friendly, prices are reasonable and competitive in the area.

We ate here many times during our stay in Todos Santos earlier this year. Dinner menu highlights included black bean soup with corn dumplings (for my 9 yr old loved this), prawn curry, pork two ways, massaged greens salad, and the divine avocado panna cota for dessert. Our picky 5 year old was served a quesadilla (not on the menu) so we could all enjoy a meal together ! Service was attentive, friendly, and casual. We were even waited on by their 11 year old daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals, the service and the atmosphere. C (Carolen) came out to check on our meals, and we were delighted with her attentiveness and kindness. We even celebrated our 9 year olds birthday at the restaurant, and the kitchen staff came out and sang happy birthday !! (las mananitas) We will definitely look for them next time we are in Todos.
