We stayed in Todos Santos for only one night as a short getaway from our residence on the east cape of Los Cabos. We were most pleasantly surprised by our dining experience ar La Casita. My wife felt her pesto shrimp and scallop dish was one of the best in recent memory. Likewise, my Parrot fish with many subtle flavors combining. A salad with locally grown organic ingredients and an interesting house made cheesecake desert made our experience complete. We will return to Todos Santos just to experience La Casita again. As an added bonus, the owner, Sergio, spent personal time at the tables, and the rest of the staff was very welcoming and most friendly while still allowing private time for an intimate dining experience. This is a dining experience not to be missed in Todos Santos.
