Liked: Menu was varied and interesting. Good specials, reasonably priced for this level of restaurant (one of nicest) in Todos Santos. i ordered the Seafood Pasta - which was an understatement. Although listed with red sauce on the menu, the waiter promptly offered up three different sauces that I could choose from. I chose the off-menu "cactus cream" which was delicious. My husband could not decide between the ribs and the arracharea streak ; the waiter again offered up that he could give him 50/50 of each. Very good flexibility.
The Wine list was extensive, and the wine by the glass, both Mexican Chardonnays (LA Cetto and another ) were served in nice stem ware and at proper temp. Different stem ware for my husband's red wine with the meal. AOK
Very good Service, until after dessert was declined. Then the service staff melted away, not offering up further drinks or digestifs. It was an anticlimatic finish to an otherwise wonderful last dinner in T. Santos.
We will return for sure next time we are in town.
