I was in this restaurant with a couple of colleagues. We had gone from San Diego. It was kind of more expensive than what I thought I would pay in Tijuana but the food and wine were excellent. I do not speak Spanish and so, I was not privy to the names but the fish melted in your mouth and the appetizers were great. I had Mexican wine for the first time and it was very very good. oh, and while we were there, we were serenaded by a Mariachi.
