Best Mexican food ever...I had hibiscus flower tacos (rosa de jamaica) & my husband had a lot of a variety of meat, according to him it was delicious. We also had a zucchini carpacio delish.

“Windows on Revolucion”
Reviewed November 18, 2013

El Colegio is located on the busy corner of Revolucion and Fifth, so the valet posted on Fifth [on a rather steep hill] comes in handy. Sometimes the service by the waiters in the dining room is good, sometimes less so. [I once observed three or four waitrers with their backs to the busy room while they flirted for several minutes with the hostess]. The chicken served in a clay pot was earthy and good, and the Escolar was lightly cooked "pink to the bone", as they say in France. The wine list has improved over the past several months. Try to avoid the tables lined up in the darkened "L" section that extends alongside the bar.; A table by the windows is much more pleasant. The crowd at El Colegio consists of elegant locals in their Hermes belts [men] and Gucci purses [women], along with wide-eyed and flip-flopped tourists in candy-colored tank tops.
