I went with my 4 year old son for breakfast. He ordered a strawberry lemonade and child hot cakes plate with bacon. It came with horrible sausage. My sirloin with chilaquiles and fried eggs came with scrambled eggs. I asked for a coffee refill twice and after 20 minutes asked for the third time to the manager and got it. The worst was when I got my check and saw we were supposed to get juice with the child's meal and a fruit plate with mine, neither of which we were even offered or given. The waitress offered to send both home with us in a doggy bag, to which I said no thank you. I again asked to see the manager and he apologized and removed the 69 peso child's meal and said they are really trying to work on their service. I appreciate the discount but would have preferred to have the juice and fruit for my son. I have had burgers here for lunch before and it's been good thus the two stars instead of one. I'm very disappointing experience today.

We use to go to this place 1-2 times per week for lunch. The customer service has definitely declined and pricies have gone up by 20 percent. When we go there now, all the staff seems to be on a vey long lunch and ignoring all the customers in the resturunt. When you asked for refills or more napkins they just ignore you, food quality is good. We are going to try another applebe. The place ha less of a cround probably because of the lack of customer service

To start off, no colors for my son to play, we were never offered the free coffee and oj, they asked us to pay for other drinks, no chips or salsa, there was only one other table that was seated and the waitress took for ever, she did not write any order and came back to ask what we had ordered 3 times! We got the small pancakes first and then we got the main plate, there was flys in the restaurant I had to ask for a secon set of pancakes because of flys, as we finished all the plates piled on the table no one came to clear the table or to offer is more coffee or anything, we got up and as we are at the door the waitress asked us "if we wanted the check" omg!! If anyone would like pics I have them just ask, I lived in Rosarito for 7 years and never had such an experience, I can't tell any of my friends about this place!

I have filed complaints with the corporate company regarding not one, but TWO visits to this Applebee's location in Rosarito Beach, MX where on both instances I found hair in my food! This is just unacceptable... It's not just that, but I've been to this location a few times with ok service... From an earlier visit, on my receipt you can fill out a thing online to receive a 'free 'order of wings.. Well, what they don't tell you is that you have to purchase something in order to get those 'free' wings - I told them that it's illegal to offer something for 'free' and require a fee or a paid purchase of something...
I am still communicating with the head office to see what they might do to compensate me for my horrible experiences... Hopefully not a gift card or a free meal.. as I won't visit that location again..
STAY AWAY FROM THIS APPLEBEES... It's horrible !!!
