It's a small place with lots of charm... the surroundings aren't fancy but the food is incredibly good. Jaime, the owner, makes you feel welcome from the second you step into the place. The shrimp kabob is probably one of the best shrimp dishes I've ever had and I've eaten shrimp from Florida to New Orleans to Texas, etc. - it's 3 shrimp wrapped in bacon under a delectable sauce. They bring chips and 4 dips to the table to start and the smoked salsa dip is so tempting that if you are not careful you'll be full before your entree arrives. All the tacos and quesadillas are great too as they cook everything over wood. And you will be stuffed (along with 4 beers) for around $20. It's at approx. K36 on the free road between Rosarito and Porto Nuevo. Don't pass it up.
